Therese F. Feindt's Obituary
Therese Feindt passed away on November 30, 2021 at the age of 103 after an amazing life filled with family and love. She was a member of St. William of York Catholic Church in Aquia, VA.
Born in Villandry, France, she was the daughter of François and Aimee Troussell and moved with her late husband of over 60 years, Lawrence Feindt, to the United States in 1954. She was a devoted mother of eight children, and once her children had children of their own, she enjoyed being a grandmother immensely. She loved spending time with her large family, knitting, bird watching and her beloved Washington Nationals. She was always generous with affection and advice which will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her sons John (Sue), Patrick (Cindy), Michael, Christopher, and daughters Sue Taylor and Jeanie Feindt (daughter-in-law), along with 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Feindt, sons Frank (Patsy), Larry and James.
The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 6, 2021 at St. William of York Catholic Church, 3130 Jefferson Davis Highway, Stafford. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest along with her husband.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
