Terrance Michael Perrone's Obituary
Terrance "Terry" Michael Perrone passed away at the age of 62 on November 4, 2025, after an aggressive battle with cancer, at home surrounded by his loving wife and mother.
Terry was born at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, Connecticut on September 23, 1963. He attended school in Norwalk and Brookfield, Connecticut, graduating from Henry Abbott Technical High School in Danbury, Connecticut. He then studied at Norwalk Technical College in Norwalk, Connecticut. He joined the US Navy in 1982 and was stationed aboard the USS John C Calhoun submarine stationed in Charleston, South Carolina, serving 6 years as a nuclear engineer. He married Linda Docherty in 1986.
Terry was employed by Indian Point Power Plant in New York for over 10 years. Terry and Linda moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia in 2001 where he was employed at Dominion Virginia Power Company as a Nuclear Chemist for over 24 years until his passing. He was well respected in his field as a chemist.
Terry was a proud member of the Moose Lodge and the Spotsylvania Eagles in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He loved the outdoors and was an avid golfer. Terry loved visiting his favorite beach, Anna Maria Island in Bradenton, Florida. He coached travel soccer for his daughters and loved watching them play. Terry was also a loyal New York Giants fan. But he was happiest spending time with family and friends.
Terry is survived by his wife of 39 years, Linda Perrone; daughters, Sarah (Josh) and Victoria (Luis); mother, Patricia J. Gaudreau of Florida; and his two grandchildren, Lilly and Jacob.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence P. Perrone in 1992.
Terry was loved by all who met him. He will be dearly missed by his loving family, friends, and co-workers.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. at the Spotsylvania Eagles, 5100 Jake McWhirt Lane, Fredericksburg VA 22408.
