Sylvia Rose's Obituary
Sylvia Virginia Rose, 83, of Fredericksburg died Monday, July 9, 2007 at Mary Washington Hospital.
She was born in Virginia to the late Townie and Mary Craun.
Sylvia is survived by three sons, Allen, James and Gary Hays; two brothers, Robert and Alvin Cissel; a sister, Hulda Swain; ten grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Floyd R. Rose.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 13, 2007 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 14, 2007 at 11:00 am at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Peyton Embrey officiating. Burial will be private on Monday.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
