Susan Walker's Obituary
Susan Mae Walker, 54 of Fredericksburg passed away on Monday July 20, 2009 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Susan is survived by her three sons, Darrell Wright, James Wright and Markell Walker, all of Fredericksburg; her sister, Blanche Callahan and her husband John of Fredericksburg; her brother, Norris Wright and his wife Charlotte of Fredericksburg; a devoted friend, James Lucas, Jr; eleven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Craig Walker; her parents, Josh Wright, Jr., and Lillian Wright; her brothers, Josh Wright, Jr., Clarence Coleman Wright, Randolph Wright, Morris Sylvester Wright and Warren Lee Wright; her sisters, Carrie Fox, Lillian Louise Jones, Gloria King, and Pearl Taylor.
The family will receive friends on Sunday July 26, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service celebrating Susan’s life will be held on Monday July 27, 2009 at 2:00 pm at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Lawrence Davies officiating.
