Steven Joseph Lamberti, 62, passed away on December 28, 2025, in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Steven was born on April 6, 1963, in Queens, New York. He was a devoted father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend whose presence filled every room he entered.
In recent years, Steven developed a closer relationship with God and took great comfort in his faith. He was baptized, an experience that was deeply meaningful to him and to those who loved him.
Steven is survived by his children, Heather Stanko (husband Nick Stanko), Katelin Ntiri (husband Ernest Ntiri), and Joseph Lamberti; and his beloved granddaughters, Zoe Stanko, Chloe Stanko, and Elora Ntiri, who brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his mother, Joan Creech; his siblings, Virginia Melesio, Michael Lamberti, and Theresa Ragland; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Steven worked in construction and was an all-around handyman, known for his ability to fix just about anything. He took pride in his work and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
He loved playing the lottery and hunting for deals at Goodwill, always excited by the possibility of a hidden treasure. Steven was fun-loving, outgoing, and very opinionated—qualities that made him memorable and genuine. His humor, strong personality, and love for his family will be deeply missed.
