Stephen Edward Coffey's Obituary
Stephen Edward Coffey, 55, of Boston died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. He was born August 13, 1957 in Warrenton to the late Emmett and Bertha Woody Coffey.
Mr. Coffey was known by many as “Buzzard” or “Squirrel”. He ran cross country in high school and was an avid Redskins fan. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an extraordinary bowman with many trophies to prove his talent.
He is survived by two siblings, Carroll Coffey and his wife, Daisy of Locust Grove and Barbara Utz and her husband, Floyd of Culpeper and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Coffey.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 2 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper with Rev. Sandy Martin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
