Stephanie Lynn Wolcott's Obituary
Stephanie Lynn Wolcott, 37, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Stephanie adored her children with all her heart. She enjoyed nursing and treasured her friendships. She was always in good spirits; dancing, making funny faces and telling jokes, ending them with her famous punch line, “Nailed it!”
Stephanie is survived by three children, Nya Wolcott, Makiah Wolcott, and Jacai Wolcott; her parents, Kevin Wolcott and Debra Wolcott; siblings, Scott Wolcott, Sonya Brooks, and Sara Wolcott and her husband, Thomas Risher; grandmother, Delma Wolcott; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Llewellyn Wolcott, Robert H. Clute, Elizabeth Clute, and David Wolcott.
Stephanie’s family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2018 in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, Stephanie’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hope House, 902 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
