Stanley (Skip) Czajkowski Sr.'s Obituary
Stanley Steven (Skip) Czajkowski, Sr., 67, of Spotsylvania County passed away Thursday, September 22, 2011 at his home with him family which meant the world to him.
Skip was a volunteer fire fighter in New York for many years. He was a lifetime member of the Spotsylvania County Rescue Squad, Boy Scout leader and a R. L. 2 for a year in Spotsylvania.
Skip was a very compassionate and kind man. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jane; two sons, Stanley Steven and his wife, Tina and Jim and his wife, Laura, all of Spotsylvania; a sister, Debby Dziekonski and her partner, Patti Pace; and his mother, Josephine Baker, all of Whitesboro, New York; six grandchildren, Mandy, Katie, Tyler, Sammy, C.J. and Ally Czajkowski, all of Spotsylvania and a nephew, Florin.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ted Dziekonski.
Skip’s family will receive friends Sunday, September 25, 2011 from 2:00-3:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg with a funeral service following at 3:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, Skip’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Spotsylvania Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 101, Spotsylvania, VA 22553.
