My grandma Eller used to like to tell me the story of when Shirley stayed the night at her house, with my mom, when they were young & how Shirley was found with a buck knife under her pillow☺️. Shirley was smart, beautiful & kind and always made me feel welcome in her home. She loved to laugh. I loved watching her just being with her family. Decades later, there were numerous times she’d be my patient in the hospital. I felt honored & privileged to care for her and to spend time reminiscing. My sincere condolences & prayers to her family and all her loved ones. She was a special woman. 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻
