RIP Nip...condolences & prayers to the family. I bet you, Calvin, Bo & Chris are having a great time on the other side going over all the memories...good & bad. God Bless....give my brother Bo & cousin Chris a hug from me.

Family, today we reflect on a profound truth that we often find ourselves grappling with and that is the reality of mortality when experiencing loss and sorrow,
Yet amidst the darkness there is a glimmer of hope and understanding that we must embrace.
Death, an inevitable part of life, can seem like an adversary that robs us of loved ones, dreams, and aspirations.
It is the ultimate unknown, the great equalize that awaits us all.
But we must remember that we were not created to be bound by the shackles of fear or despair instead we are called to live with purpose, love, and courage, knowing that our time here is limited.
While we mourn the passing of our beloved Nip, let us also celebrate the live that he lived and the memories that he leave behind, death does not diminish the impact of his presence or the legacy that he leave on this earth, his light will continue to shine through the lives he touched, and his love will echo in the hearts of those he loved.
Embracing the reality of mortality can awaken us to the beauty of life itself, it urges us to cherish each moment to mend broken relationships, and to pursue our dreams without delay.
let us not waste our days in trivial pursuits or holding grudges, for time is a precious gift that must be valued and shares with compassion and kindness.
So as we face the uncertainty of our on journeys, let us find solace in the knowledge that death is not the end, it is merely a transition, a gateway to eternity.
Therefore, let us not fear death but rather respect it as a reminder to live authentically and with purpose, embrace life fully, love deeply, and extend a helping hand to those in need, let us be grateful for the time we have and the opportunities before us.
In conclusion, death is not my friend, nor should it be an adversary that paralyzes us with fear, instead, let it serve as a call to live meaningfully lives, appreciating every breath and every heartbeat as we navigate the journey of life and let us leave behind a legacy of love, compassion and kindness just as our beloved Nip did, that will endure long after we are gone.
So rest in peace Nephew, and I say to you in the words of the late great Michael Jackson....You were like a comet blazing across the evening sky, and gone too soon.
A sermonette from your uncle John with much love,
I am because he is: Rev. John Jenkins:
Nephew,
We never would have felt ready to say good bye to someone as loving and as caring as you. Dedicated to God and loved his family. RIP nephew and I know your daddy, granddaddy, Aunt Emily and Nikki welcome you with open arms, along with your other family members that have gone to rest. You will continue to live on in our hearts and in the memories that we hold so dear. Aunt Pat loves you and will miss you, but God had a better plan for you. Take your eternal rest.
Love Always,
Aunt Pat
Continued prayers to the family. I haven’t seen NIP in a long time, but enjoyed many years at the skating rink with him as a teenager. He was always smiling, and looking out for others. RIP my friend.
