Serene Virginia Curtis' Obituary
Serene Virginia Curtis, 68, of Culpeper died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at her residence. She was born April 11, 1945 in Brooklyn, NY to the late John and Beatrice Pieczkowska Allard.
Mrs. Curtis was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was her life.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Curtis; two children, Charles William (JR) Perryman and his wife, Tabitha of Culpeper and John Joseph Perryman and his wife, Karen of Culpeper; one sister, Kathleen Antonette Prescott and her husband, James of Chicago, IL; and four grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Perryman of Richmond, Karah Anne Perryman of Culpeper, Lauren Nicole Atkins of Culpeper and Seth Andrew Ramsdell of Culpeper.
Service will be Private.
The family would like to thank the efforts of Hospice of the Rapidan especially Nurse Jenny for all the love and compassion they showed.
The family requests that because services will be graveside, please do not send flowers but instead make donations in Mrs. Curtis’ name to Hospice of the Rapidan, PO Box 1715, Culpeper, VA 22701.
