Scott and I reconnected at our 40th high school reunion. It was as if we hadn't missed a beat. Many great times together with our group of friends. So many fond memories. Scott is a great friend and teddy bear. God speed. He took a good one way too early.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Dodds family. He will be truly missed.
To the Dodds family...I am truly saddened and sorry for the loss of Scott. I’ve known Scott for 20+ years at American and at IAD. As a flight attendant, he was ALWAYS there to help, ALWAYS there with a smile and ALWAYS there with a helping hand. If we needed anything he would do whatever possible to help. He was like a big teddy bear and a big brother to us girls! His sweet smile will be truly missed! RIP Scott.

I was saddened to learn of Scotts sudden passing last Sunday. My condolences go out to all his family. I enjoyed working with Scott at DCA, and getting to know him a bit outside of work (we both took a liking to Wegmans). He was a good, caring, and very decent guy. I send my heartfelt condolences to the family of Scott Dodds aka CABBAGE. That was my nickname for him. Many times, I would come into the break room and Scott would be cooking cabbage in his crockpot. Which, he was more than willing to share. We share a lot of conversations and many wonderful laughs. Scott will be surely be missed by all at Reagan National Airport. I pray for God to comfort the Dodds family and know that Scott has many brother's and sister's at American Airlines. RIP Scott!
