Saul,
I feel so lucky that I had a chance to hang with you a few times. It’s really not fair to your family and close friends that you had to leave so early in life. However, I am grateful you are at peace after such a long fight.
You were a hero who served our great nation for several decades. Thank you for your bravery and courage, especially your response to the Pentagon during 9/11 and the career path you chose.
On a personal note, I want to thank you for mentoring Jeff. You were one of his role models and he learned so much from you on and off the job. He is the man I met and married in part because of your love, support and patience. The compassion you showed him and others like him will be one of your legacies. Big guy with an even bigger heart.

Beautiful service! Sorry that I couldn’t physically attend. The testimonies were very touching. As so many people said Saul was larger than life and he lived it to the fullest. I pray that God give you , Laurice, Zac and Rachel, comfort and strength now and in the times ahead.

Saul was like a brother to my son Ron. He was also a warm and loving friend to our family. Such a super nice guy. We were all blessed to have known him.

Uncle Saul and Aunt Laurice were the first people we met when my family moved to Culpeper. He was always known for his big hugs and amazing smile. When Saul was around there was never a dull moment. Their house was always the party house and on vacation we all had so many memories. He will be greatly missed. Love you Uncle Saul
I met Saul when he was around 12 years old. I was a good friend of his oldest sister, Marla, and spent alot of time at their home. Saul was a nice kid. He was always pleasant and I liked him very much. My sincerest and deepest sympathy to his family. He will be greatly missed.
My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. I grew up with Saul and have lots a great memories. He was very special to me for so many year- a great friend.
