Sandra Warner Gildea Sapp's Obituary
Sandra Warner Gildea Sapp, 76, of Stafford County, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 13, 2018.
After retirement, she was a dedicated part-time employee at the Department of Disabilities at Germanna Community College. Sandy enjoyed helping the students further their education. Throughout her trials and tribulations of life, she remained a loving and optimistic woman.
Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Michael A. Sapp; her sons, Sean Gildea of Danville and Timothy Gildea of Stafford; two sisters, Jeanette Warner of Burnsville, NC and Madelyn Almond of Siler City, NC; and other loving extended family.
She was preceded in death by a son, Darin Gildea.
Sandy’s family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 22, 2018 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Richland Baptist Church, 2482 Warrenton Road, Fredericksburg. Burial will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
