Sandra Irene Martin's Obituary
Sandra Irene Martin, 62, of Stafford County passed away Monday, July 25, 2011 at Bethesda Naval Hospital.
Sandra was an extraordinarily strong, caring and loving wife and mother. She was a member of Vision Community Church. She enjoyed praying, reading the bible and spending time with her family.
Sandra is survived by her husband of 20 years, Michael; a daughter, Ciara of Fredericksburg; and friend, Alina; her mother, Dulce Maria Almanza; a brother, Aristides E. Leong and his wife, Berta of Panama; two sisters, Anayz Almanza of Puerto Rico and Argelis Chung of Panama and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joaquin De Los Rios and a sister, Rosa Amelia Leong.
Sandra’s family will receive friends Monday, August 1, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 11:00 am Vision Community Church, 410 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22405, with Pastor Ron Willis officiating. Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
