Ruth Bolen Kelley's Obituary
Ruth Bolen Kelley, 97 of Culpeper passed away Saturday, November 25, 2006 at Culpeper Regional Hospital due to complications from a fall at her home. Ruth was born July 2, 1909 in Rappahannock County to the late John Bernard and Ruby Bowen Bolen.
Ruth is survived by her three sons and their wives; John and Dorothy, Robert and Charlotte all of Culpeper and James and Kathryn of Williamsburg and two daughters; Dorothy McWaters and Judy Kelley-Schoniwitz and her husband Cecil also of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include seven grandchildren; Carl McWaters and his wife Mary of Annapolis, Maryland, Robin Allen of Culpeper, Carol Henshaw of Madison, Tammie Rutherford and her husband Ronnie of Madison, Gari Kelley and his wife Brenda of Culpeper, Sylvia Kelley of Lindon and Lisa with her husband Erich of Williamsburg, Also eight great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Ruth is preceded in death by her husband Charles F. Kelley, two sons Charles Jr. and Everette Kelley and a son in law Carl McWaters.
A private graveside memorial service will be held in Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Angelia Jennings officiating.
