Ruth Alice Hough's Obituary
Ruth Alice Hough, age 93, of Haymarket, VA formally of Vienna and Ashville, NC , passed away on Friday, September 11, 2009 at Prince William Hospital.
She retired from the USDA-Forest Service after serving over 20 years.
Alice is survived by two daughters, Mary Schrum of Haymarket, VA; Sandy Thompson of Senoia, GA; five grandchildren, Cari, David, Laura, Missy, Sara and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Found and Sons Lee Funeral Chapel, 8521 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20109. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 11:00 am at Found and Sons Lee Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow at Arlington National Cemetery. Donations may be made in her name to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216 Glen Allen, Virginia 23058-5216.
