Mrs. Ruth Elizabeth Cutsail's Obituary
Ruth Elizabeth Cutsail, 80 of Richardsville went to be with the lord and savior on July 3, 2013 at a Warrenton nursing home. Ruth was born May 31, 1933 in Orange County, Va. to the late Kenneth G. Hurlock Sr. and Ocie (Harding) Hurlock.
Ruth was a member of The Oakland Baptist Church in Richardsville since she was a small child. She loved playing bingo with her friends, crocheting, and tending to her beautiful flower garden. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who she adored. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Mrs. Cutsail is survived by two sons, Larry and his wife Brenda Hurlock of Richardsville, Roger Cutsail of Lignum and one daughter, Barbara Grimsley of Harrisonburg. Additional survivors include three brothers, James B. Hurlock and his wife Sally of Richardsville, Bernard and his wife Diane Hurlock of Luray and Kenneth G. and his wife Virginia Hurlock of Mine Run, Va. Finally, Ruth is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren.
Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Cutsail, a brother Walter Hurlock and a grandson Joseph Lohr.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery, 28348 Eley’s Ford Road in Richardsville with Pastor James Taylor officiating.
