Ruth Ellen Bayles' Obituary
Ruth E. Bayles, 95, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
Ruth was born December 31, 1929 in Vance County, North Carolina to the late Oscar and Ollie Clopton. She retired from her precious work, as a childcare provider in her home, at the age of 80.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Margie; her son, Rick; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughters, Terri and Margaret; and her husband Richard.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org/donate or to Shriners Hospitals for Children at donate.shrinerschildrens.org/campaign/618584/donate
