Russell Lynn Chapman's Obituary
Russell Lynn Chapman Pop Pop, 55, of Manassas Park, died February 25, 2007 at the Prince William Hospital.
Russell was born February 4, 1952 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Mr. William C. Chapman Jr., and the late Neva Mae Sheets Chapman.
Russell is survived by his wife of 35 years, Eleanor Elaine Chapman, and their two children; Brian Chapman of Manassas Park and Julie and her husband Travis Stanley of Nokesville, Va, four grandchildren; Jeremy, Kendal, Maddie and T.J. Stanley, all of Nokesville, one brother William Gregory Chapman and his wife Roberta, both of Bridgeport, W. Va., and his loving mother in law Ruby M. Sheldon of Clarksburg, W Va.
In addition to his mother Russell is preceded in death by one nephew, Stephen Gregory Chapman.
A celebration of his life will be held at 1p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Faith Christian Church, Warrenton, with Dr. Decker Tapscott officiating.
Interment will follow on Friday, March 2, 2007 at Bridgeport Cemetery, Bridgeport West Virginia.
