Russell "Rusty" Price Partlow, Jr.'s Obituary
Russell Price “Rusty” Partlow, Jr. passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 at UVA Medical Center in Culpeper following a long illness. Rusty was born in Warrenton, Virginia on April 12, 1954 to Russell Price Partlow, Sr. and Lizzie Mae “Kitty” Soutter Partlow, both who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his son, Russell Price Partlow, III (Amanda) of Front Royal, his daughter, Ashby Feaganes (Mikee Graninger) of Spotsylvania, his sister, Judy Donald (Tommy Cubbage) of Culpeper, and his former wife, Ruth Partlow of Rixeyville. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Noah Russell Feaganes, Hayden Partlow and Ryder Partlow, and one nephew, Luke Donald (Carmen) of Manassas.
Rusty worked as a chef for many years at SWIFT, where he received certification in International Cooking and Catering in Belgium. He also spent many years working at the Culpeper Theater. Feeding his family and friends was Rusty’s most enjoyable hobby and a big part of his working years, as he worked at various restaurants in Culpeper over the years.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 29, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Found and Sons, followed by a memorial service at 5:00 p.m. The service will be officiated by Dwayne Culp.
Memorial contributions are requested in his name to Found and Sons to assist the family with Rusty’s memorial service.
