Ruffus R. Howell, 61, of Stafford County died Sunday, April 24, 2011, at his home.
Ruffus is survived by a daughter, Renee Haines; a son, Michael Howell; two grandchildren, Amanda Dakon and Dean Dakon; three brothers, Robert Howell, Leon Howell and David Howell; and a sister, Katie Lambert.
