Ruby Payne's Obituary
Ruby M. Embrey Payne, 81, of Fredericksburg passed away Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Golden Living Health Care Center.
She was a member of Goshen Baptist Church.
Ruby is survived by three children, David H. Embrey and his wife, Sally, Patricia “Pat” Stanley, all of Spotsylvania County and Pamela Starling of Stafford County; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Henry N. Embrey and her 2nd husband, Hugh R. Payne.
