Ruby Fritter's Obituary
Ruby Mastin Fritter, 71, of Fredericksburg died on October 14, 2006 at Mary Wasington Hospital.
Ruby was born on November 5, 1934 to Nora Ann and James Ruggles Mastin.
Ruby is survived by three sons, Stacy Payne and his wife, Glenda, of Spotsylvania, Michael Payne and his wife, Lynn, of Colorado and Tommy Payne and his wife, Gloria, of Spotsylvania; two daughters, Kaitlyn Innes and her husband, Jason, of Spotsylvania and Tina Payne and her husband, Jimmy, of Spotsylvania; a brother, Linwood Dootsie Mastin and his wife, Mary, of Spotsylvania; 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ruby was preceded in death by two husbands, Plug Payne and Patsy Fritter.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 17, 2006 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Services, corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg. A funeral will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Barbara Jacobs officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
