Ruby Frances Estella Baker Alsop, born November 14, 1970, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
She is survived by her parents, Shirley and Willie Minter, Sr.; her children, Maurice “Scooter” Baker, and Alexis “Munchie” Alsop; her brother, Willie Jr. (Rita); grandchild, Zy`Airr Baker; nephews, Anthony Minter, and Matthew and Daniel Jones (Maryann); great nephew, Jaiden Diaz-Jones; and her beloved chihuahua Momo.
Services will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
