Roy Lee Burke's Obituary
Roy Lee Burke, 63, of Rixeyville, VA passed away Friday, July 19, 2024 at his residence. He was born June 17, 1961 in Rappahannock, VA to the late Ronnie and Edna Burke.
Roy worked as a carpet installer for many years with local carpet companies. He later branched out on his own. He loved to fish, to go bowling with his family and friends, and play cornhole. Roy also loved to watch T.V. with his beloved cat, Angel.
Roy is survived by his wife, Judy Burke; daughter, Melissa Fincham (William); siblings; Ricky Allen Burke (Connie), Carolyn Ann Franklin (Charles), Edna Mae Burke, Connie Sue Cubbage (Terry), Dale Helen Burke (Rick), and Lewis Edward Burke (Tina); grandsons, Austin David (Savana) and Steven Allen; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
The family will receive friends Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
