Rosemary Miller's Obituary
Rosemary Miller, 68, died at Mary Washington Hospital on Monday, January 17th, 2022, with her son and daughter by her bedside.
She was born in Oneonta, NY on March 12, 1953. She was the youngest of three children born to Stanley and Maria Salamon. She always said she was lucky enough to be raised on a dairy farm in upstate New York and would reminisce about helping her father on the farm. She moved to Virginia after graduating college and made Virginia her home for the rest of her life.
Rosemary is survived by her son, Allen Miller (Christy) and her daughter, Angela Kelley (Steve) and; eight grandchildren, Heather Bennett (Brandon), Josh Miller, Jonathan and Jada Estrada, and Kayla, Zachary, Nicholas, and Amber Kelley; two great-grandchildren, Brentley and Easton Bennett; sisters Wanda Doolen and Krystyna Elam (Mike); and several nieces and nephews.
The family invites you to wear something blue, Rosemary’s favorite color, and celebrate her life with us on Tuesday, January 25th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. Burial will be in Kenyonville Cemetery, Waterport, NY at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to St. Mary’s of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Fredericksburg, VA.
