Rosaura “Laura” Torres-Feliciano, 68, of Fredericksburg, passed away Friday, August 26th at Mary Washington Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Jose R. Echevarria, a son, Jose R. Echevarria and his wife Karime, a daughter Belinda Echevarria, and her husband Alex Delpin, and 5 beloved grandchildren.
Rosaura’s family will have a private service, at a later date.
