Ronald Lee Pollard's Obituary
Ronald Lee Pollard, 67, of Culpeper, better known as Ronnie Love or Tim by those who knew him well, departed this life on August 23, 2024, at his home. He was born on October 17, 1956, to the late Sally Ann Pollard Minifield and Robert Andrew Minifield.
Ronnie attended Job Corp in his early teens in Indiana. He also attended Fauquier County schools. He worked in the asphalt business for years. Upon leaving that industry, he worked various other jobs until he was no longer able to work.
The love he had for his family was incomparable. Ronnie was a good brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and stepfather. The love that he had for his sister, Ann, and his nephews and nieces was unconditional.
In his spare time, Ronnie liked listening to music and dancing, and watching The Price is Right, Jerry Springer, wrestling, and Crime TV. He also enjoyed watching football and was especially a fan of the Washington Commanders.
He is survived by his sister, Ann Waters (Ronnie); Melissa Roy (Daniel); two brothers, Robert Minifield (Bobbi); Ron Minifield; his stepmother, Alice Minifield; three nephews, who were the joy of his life, Tracey Minifield (Etta), Michael Minifield, and Ronnie Jr. (Britnee); two nieces, Roshita Holmes and Ronnica Waters (Sylvester); four step-children, Giovanni Waters (Sue), Diovanni Waters, Kecia Banks (Phillip), and Theresa Roberson; ten step-grandchildren; and a special friend, Calvin Gray.
