Romie Leo Parsons, 73, of Bumpass died Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at his residence.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Culpeper National Cemetery. A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. at Spotswood Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Stone officiating.
