Nicole, I have known you and Romeo for years and in my time taking care of Romeo I have been blessed, and honored , and lit up with the light of his soul. Your son spread happiness and delight and amazement and my heart is so broken for both of you. I cry so much and am so sad but I can not even imagine your pain and heartbreak, your grief and anger.
