Roger Edward Davis, Jr.'s Obituary
Roger Edward Davis, Jr., 27, of Culpeper died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center. He was born January 8, 1991 in Charlottesville to Roger Edward Davis, Sr. and Denise Hoffman Waters.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepfather, Terry Waters; three children, Roger E. “Tookie” Davis, III and Camden Shane Davis and their mother, Carlee Lawson; and Raenah Davis and her mother, Brittany Breeden; and five siblings, Emanuel Hoffman and his wife, Stacey, Elisha Davis, Sa’Diamond and Roger Davis, and Adreanna Waters.
Additional survivors include his maternal grandmother, Martha Hoffman; maternal great grandmother, Laura Hoffman; and nieces and nephews, Tyson, Nevaeh and Carter Hoffman, Ciara Williams, Cordell Dixon, Jr. and Isis Rumsey.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Grady and Etta Davis; and maternal grandfather, Jesse Hoffman, Jr.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 12 p.m. at Found and Sons Chapel of Culpeper, with Rev. James Mack officiating.
Interment will follow in Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Emanuel Hoffman, Terry Hoffman, Ryan Hoffman, Roger Hoffman, Jr., Andrew Hoffman, Louis Wilkins, Aaron Cottoms, and Chris Meyer. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Carter, Rayquin Carter, Larry Greene and Michael Reaves.
Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper is serving the family.
