Rochelle Dolores Ayotte's Obituary
Rochelle Dolores Ayotte (Roy) passed away in the early morning of Saturday, July 2, 2016 at VCU Medical Center in Richmond.
Born July 27, 1934 in Lowell, Massachusetts to the late Leo and Germaine Ayotte. Roy was a retired nursing assistant who moved to Virginia in 1969.
Roy was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Marie Ouellette Nicole of Manchester, New Hampshire.
Roy loved her home she shared with her son and pets, Simon and Daisy. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Roy leaves behind a son, Frederick C. Ouellette, Jr. (Becky) of Fredericksburg; three daughters, Susan Faunce of Canada, Karen Augsburger of Belton, S.C. and Gayl Hales (Donald) of Linden, VA; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Lucille Barden of Ocala, FL, Doris Murry of Kissimmee, FL, and Carol Manoly of Fredericksburg.
A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers, Roy’s family requests that donations be made in her name at the National Shrine of St. Jude, 205 W. Monroe St., Chicago, IL 60606.
