Robert Lee Bowers' Obituary
Robert Lee Bowers, 61, of Culpeper died Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. He was born March 28, 1947 in Culpeper to the late John Russell and Dorothy Dodson Bowers.
He is survived by his siblings, Dottie Fincham of Culpeper, Elizabeth Ann Blankenbaker of Manassas, John R. Bowers, Jr. of Culpeper, and Janice Marie Thorpe of Lignum, a special nephew, Michael Fincham of Culpeper, and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his companion of several years, Linda Leasure.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Rev. John Farrar officiating.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Richard Jenkins, Roger Lee Bowers, Michael Fincham, Arthur Fincham, Jr., Eugene Thorpe and Jason Jenkins.
