Robert Eugene Wheeler's Obituary
Robert Eugene Wheeler (80) of Spotsylvania County went to his final rest on June 5, 2021. Bobby was the loving husband of Joyce. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ashton and Thelma, and he is survived by his brother, Donald and sister, Gail.
Bobby was many things to many people. To Melanie, Michele, Joy and JR, he was an adoring father. To Chris, Frank, Keith and Ann, he was a warm-hearted father-in-law. To Lauren, Logan, Harrison, Amelia, and Joe he was a gleamingly proud grandfather. To Steven and Hannah he was a fun-loving grandfather-in-law. To Beckett he was a beaming great-grandfather. To John, Dennis, Jerry, Buddy, and Vincent he was a trusted confidant. To Peanut he was an inseparable companion. And, to anyone that Bobby met, he was instantly considered a friend.
Bobby’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. Burial will be private.
