Robert "Rob" Stowe's Obituary
Robert "Rob" Stowe, 45, of Spotsylvania County, VA departed this world to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
He is survived by his parents, Theresa Stowe and Roger Stowe; grandfather, Robert Stowe; his brother, Chris Stowe (Lori); sister, Angela Cudd (Marshal); daughters, Destinei and Diamond; son, Dylan; grandchildren, Elani, Eliyanah and Mileena; and nieces and nephews, Kaleb, Cierra, Haley, Noah, Jacob and Levi.
Rob was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mabel and Herman Thacker, and Pauline Stowe; and sister Denise Stowe.
Rob was loved by many as he enjoyed being with family and friends. He was a talented athlete in High School playing both baseball and football. Rob started on the varsity football team as a freshman. He was known for his kind heart and ability to make others laugh. His hobbies included hanging out with family and friends, watching sports and his beloved Washington Football team. He loved to ride motorcycles. Most people who knew Rob didn’t know that he had an incredible talent to draw and sketch. You could always find him taking up for people he loved. He was truly loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Those who knew Rob knew that he faced many challenges throughout his life but those challenges never changed the love and kindness in his heart for his family and friends. Rob’s family and friends can take great comfort knowing that those challenges have now been overcome through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407. Rob’s family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
