MSG Robert Eugene Rudy USA RET's Obituary
MSG Robert E. Rudy USA RET, 68, of Fredericksburg, died Sunday September 8, 2013 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Robert served in the US Army for over 25 years during which time he fought during the Viet Nam conflict and at the time of his retirement was a DMS instructor at Ft. Belvoir.
Robert is survived by his wife of 36 years, “Ginny”; three step-sons, Ronald Bevans of Ohio, Jimmy Bevans of Winchester and Robert Bevans and his wife Kathy of Fredericksburg; a sister, Lauretta Cline and brother, Terry L. Rudy, both of Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Robert was preceded in death by his step-father Ralph A. Rudy
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 20, 2013 in Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA.
