Robert Peter Leach's Obituary
Robert P. Leach, 67, passed away November 30, 2017 at home with his wife by his side. Born in North Plainfield, New Jersey, he was an Army Lieutenant Colonel, Retired who served in Hawaii, Germany, the Pentagon and many other posts stateside. After retirement he worked for several government contractors including Dynamic Animation Systems.
He was an avid reader of history and loved sports cars. He was an exceptional husband, father, brother and friend. He was loved by all. He was preceded in death by his mother and older brother. Survivors include his wife Annette; his daughter, Lisa; his brother, Tim and wife, Sue; and brothers in law and sisters in law too numerous to list.
A viewing will be held at 9:00 A.M. - 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA. A mass of Christian burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Jude's Catholic Church, 10725 Courthouse Road.
