Robert Lee Kemp, Jr.'s Obituary
Robert Lee Kemp, Jr., 69, of Culpeper died Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Dogwood Village of Orange County. He was born February 14, 1949 in Madison to the late Robert Sr. and Clair Kemp.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Kemp; three children, Billy Lightfoot and his wife, Deanna, Jennifer Bennett and her husband, Champ, and Ruth Roy and her husband, Herbert, Sr.; six grandchildren, Davon Lightfoot, Dalonte Lightfoot, Taylor Lightfoot, Xavier Hinton, Brave Hinton and Zaimayne Roy; and one great granddaughter, Ava Lightfoot.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Amy Tyler; and a host of brothers and sisters.
Services will be private.
