Robert Lewis Kelley's Obituary
Robert Lewis Kelley, 81, went to be with our Lord on Monday, December 10, 2018. He was born August 1, 1937 in Culpeper to the late Charles F. and Ruth E. Bolen Kelley.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Charlotte Sanders Kelley; three daughters, Carol T. Henshaw and her husband, Gary, Tammie L. Rutherford and her husband, Ronnie, and Sylvia D. Kelley; one son, Gari A. Kelley and his wife, Brenda; and two sisters, Dorothy McWaters, and Judy Kelley Schoniwitz and her husband, Cecil.
Additional survivors include five grandchildren, Phillip A. Wheatcraft, Monica F. Rutherford, Carla Knight and her husband, Kyle, Kayla Christensen and her husband, Steven, and Brandon Rutherford and his wife, Morgan; and 14 great grandchildren and one due in February.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Everette W. Kelley, Charles Kelley, Jr., James T. Kelley and John F. Kelley.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Amissville United Methodist Church, 14760 Lee Hwy, Amissville, VA with Rev. Maxine Crenshaw officiating.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
