I am heartbroken to hear of Wayne's passing. I will always remember his goodness, values and work ethic. Wayne was always willing to help, especially the younger members of our extended family. His hard work and ability to get things done has really given us a great example. As a result of his virtues, his memory and legacy will long survive him
I will always cherish the memory of those days spent at March Dr. in Oxon Hill, MD at Uncle Mike and Nana's house with Wayne and the whole family.

The name Wayne Inabinet conjures only good memories. I first knew Wayne as an instructor at the academy. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping others to succeed. As he earned promotion through the ranks he didn’t change. He took on each new role with the same dedication to the service of others. I can not say one bad word about Wayne. Rest easy brother.
