Robert "Bob" Lamon Acree, Sr.'s Obituary
Robert “Bob” Lamon Acree, Sr., 77, of Reva died Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center. He was born October 27, 1939 in Culpeper to the late Robert Dennis Acree and Beatrice Yowell Acree Grimsley.
He is survived by four children, Robert L. Acree, Jr. and his wife, Barbara, Deborah A. Peters and her husband, Ronnie, Timothy Lee Acree and Dennis D. Acree; five grandchildren, Rob Acree, III, Kelly Peters, Kendall Peters, Trevor Acree and Jade Acree; and two great grandchildren, Avery Acree and Landon Acree.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 12 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors provided by Culpeper VFW Post 2524.
