Ricky Riley Baker's Obituary
Ricky R Baker, 67 of Lorton VA, went to be with the lord on Sunday November 20, 2022, in the peace of his own home. Born on October 30, 1955.
Ricky is survived by his wife of 33 years, Kathy C. Baker; the beloved family dog, Lena; his sister, Tasha Baker; his daughter, Rebecca Milam (Tony); sons, Erik Baker (April), Troy Baker, Brian Correll (Gina), and Jeffrey Darr (Becky); his beloved grandchildren, Ashley, Haley, Miranda, Brittney, Michael, Avery, Taylor, Briley, Christian, Mason, Michael Brown, RJ, Chloe, Allena, Ella, Elizabeth, Amira, Elijah, and Isla; and many great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Baker; his father, Jack Baker; and son, Raymond Darr.
Ricky enjoyed towing his whole life, which became a passion. He loved fishing and boating, hanging with good buddies from them infamous “company meetings”. In his own words “one would lie and the other swear by it”. He enjoyed spending time with his family, loved his kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
His family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Founds and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral chapel. A celebration of life to be held at the Eagles Club FOE #4488, 2055 Richmond Hwy, Stafford VA following the service and will be open to the public.
