Ricky Lee Atkins' Obituary
Ricky Lee Atkins, 58, of Culpeper, died Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at his residence. He was born on June 29, 1963 In Charlottesville, VA to the late Woodrow Wilson Atkins and Vilonie Menefee Atkins.
Ricky was a hard worker. He enjoyed fishing and staying as busy as he could while he managed his physical limitations. Most of all, Ricky spent most of his time caring for his mother.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Daisy Atkins; three nephews and one niece, Adam, Angela, Alpheus and Kennie; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Ricky is preceded in death by his brother, Alpheus Atkins, Sr.
A memorial service will be held Friday, July 16, 2021 at 2:30pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at Found and Sons. Pastor Alpheus Atkins, Jr. will be officiating.
A private inurnment will be held at Fairview Cemetery.
