Richard Lee Ralls, 58, of Sperryville died Friday, March 23, 2018 at Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center. He was born October 25, 1959 in Charlottesville to the late Raymond Ralls, Sr. and Alice Alther Ralls.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Washington Masonic Cemetery.
