Dick was one of the kindest people i have had the pleasure of meeting. Met him through our Senior's group. He always greeted everyone with a smile and a story. He had fun as a skilled, and a little competitive, card partner. He also enjoyed when Pat played music. Dick was an encourager to everyone and will be missed.

Dick was a straight shooter on the course and in life. I played golf with Dick for 20 years and never saw him express an angry moment; concern but never anger. I dispensed Tuesday Goofer congratulation cards for member birthdays and for those who reached 80 years old and every 5 years after that. Dick would periodically remind me how many months and years he had to go for the next card. A fierce competitor, a faithful friend; I will miss him. Condolences to all.

Dick was a gentle soul,I was always thrilled to see him in my foursome when playing with the “Goofers”.Dick was a hell of an iron player never carried a driver in his bag,but could hit a tee shot with a four iron as far as many of us with a driver.My deepest sympathies to his family I will miss seeing him on the golf course.

We were Dick’s neighbors since 2004. We frequently saw him hitting golf balls in the field. He spent countless hours manicuring his beautiful lawn.
