Richard Lee Mullins' Obituary
Richard Lee Mullins, 61 of Culpeper died January 3, 2014 at his home. Mr. Mullins was born June 15, 1952 in Pound, Va. to the late Elzie Lee and Betty Bea Moore Mullins.
Richard is survived by his wife of 30 Years, Sadie Louise Mullins, one daughter, Amy Mullins and her partner, Duane Padgett, all of Culpeper. He is also survived by one granddaughter, Ryvre Padgett, one sister, Deborah Sue Bradley of Reva and one brother, Monty Lynn Mullins of Front Royal.
Besides his parents, Richard is preceded in death by one sister, Sherry Lyn Mullins and two brothers, Johnny Ray and Thomas Anthony Mullins.
The family will be holding a celebration of Mr. Mullins’ life on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 1 pm at Jeffersonton Baptist Church with Pastor Dennis Smith officiating.
