Richard Junior Jenkins, 74, of Boston peacefully went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville. Richard was born in Rappahannock County on August 7, 1942 to the late Con Read Obituary
Best boss I ever had. He thought I wouldn't last a day but I fooled him. I became part of his VDOT family.
My heart goes out to Lillian and the rest of the family. I loved him like a father.
