Richard David Barr's Obituary
Richard David Barr, 61, of Culpeper died on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at his residence. He was born January 15, 1958 in Culpeper to Marlene Riley and the late Earl Barr, Sr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his stepfather, Carroll Weaver, Sr.; five siblings, Johnny Miller, James Riley, Sr., Carroll Weaver, Jr. (Cynthia), Sandra Weaver and Ruthie Barr; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ron Young officiating.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
