Sending prayers to the family and friends to help make it through this rough and troubled times. I have known Raymond but we've always called and Tom for about 24 years and he was a very good man.

I remember growing up with Gussie and Mr Tomczak like it was yesterday. I would play in gussies garden or find a piece of wood out of Mr Tomczak's wood pile to play swords with. At the Tomczak's house you could always find the best pound cake or fresh veggies but more than anything great people. Mr and Mrs Tomczak didn't have friends because they brought you in and treated you like family from the start. I remember the last time I saw Mr Tomczak, it was Jonathan's funeral but it was as if he hadn't aged. Still looking dapper as ever, clean shaven, hair slicked back and driving himself around in his old truck...literally just the way I remember him coming home from work after a long day. I tell my wife daily that if I could be half the man my grandfather and Mr. Tomczak are than I will have lived a great life and provided for my family. The world could never have enough Raymond Tomczak's. People that care about more than themselves and still believe in working for what they get. Mr Tomczak maybe gone but he will always live on in our hearts and memories.
To our Uncle Ray: You are always in our thoughts and prayers. You will always have a place in our home and we love you dearly for everything that you have done for our North Carolina and Virginia family! Should you ever need anything at all don't ever hesitate to ask because you always have family down Alum Springs or down I-95.
Love Always
Luther, Cassie, Christian, Abigail, Brooke, and Roscoe
Sorry for you loss Raymond. Thinking of you. Mr. D
